Site Superintendent - Wood/Lumber - Commercial project 

Sudbury, ON - Greater Sudbury Area 

100-120k Base Salary, Bonus, Living accommodations subsidized.

What we are looking for

The candidates selected for interview will have extensive experience with Wood Framing either residential (Town homes, Single detached, Custom homes, Low/Mid rise condo) or commercial (hotels, community centers) 

• Project is a Large Commercial Project
• 6-storey wood-frame, concrete parking, amenities, pool etc., restaurant (wood-frame multi-family experience is key)
• 240-suite
• Able to provide living accommodations for the right candidate
• The ideal candidate will be and have examples of being a self-performer.
• On-site, hands on experience is the exposure we are looking for in the selected candidate. The "in office" Site Super will not be effective in this role. 
• In depth / strong understanding framing or has extensive framing experience
• This is a mentorship leader position that will require the right personality to Train, Coach and Motivate employees. The selected candidate will have examples of this throughout their career. If the candidate has experience mentoring employees into a promotion, this would be considered an asset. 
• Wood framing at a high volume will be prioritized
