Site Superintendent – Construction

Location: Etobicoke, ON

A contractor is seeking a Site Superintendent to support a technically involved construction project with a strong focus on structural and below-grade work. This role will oversee site operations from early phases through to completion, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and maintain project schedule
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors across structural, concrete, and finishing scopes
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor quality of work, including below-grade and waterproofing-related scopes
• Liaise with consultants, inspectors, and internal project teams
• Drive the project through to completion, including closeout

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Superintendent on structurally complex projects
• Exposure to concrete, forming, excavation, or waterproofing is an asset
• Background in ICI, mid/high-rise, or custom residential construction preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills across multiple trades
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to site management

Compensation

• $100,000 – $130,000 base salary
• Additional compensation and benefits aligned with experience
