Jimmi worked in HR and recruitment for 5 years for a large vertically integrated luxury real estate development company, and a security company that specialized in commercial Low-voltage and Electrical. For the duration of his time at the real estate development company, Jimmi was involved in recruiting for all 14 departments, including, Construction, Accounting & Finance, Interior Design, Development, Property Management, and more.
