Senior Chiller Specialist
Job Overview
Senior Chiller Specialist - $50 - $70 - Willing to Pay More for the Right Person
Centrifugal Chillers | Screw Chillers | Chilled Water Plants | Central Plant Systems
Not Every HVAC Technician Qualifies for This Role.
Some technicians service RTUs.
Others are trusted with the critical infrastructure that keeps hospitals operating, manufacturing facilities producing, campuses functioning, and mission-critical facilities online.
We're searching for a Senior Chiller Specialist whose expertise has been built around complex chilled water systems, high-tonnage refrigeration equipment, and central plant operations.
This is not a role for someone whose background is primarily package units, split systems, and light commercial service.
We're looking for the technician who gets the call when the equipment is critical, the diagnosis is difficult, and downtime isn't an option.
The Opportunity
Join a team that values technical excellence and recognizes the difference between a general HVAC technician and a true chiller specialist.
You'll work on sophisticated mechanical systems supporting some of the most demanding facilities in the market, collaborating with professionals who respect craftsmanship, technical knowledge, and problem-solving ability.
This is a role for individuals who have earned a reputation as trusted experts in their field.

They take pride in being part of a shrinking group of professionals capable of maintaining and troubleshooting sophisticated chiller and central plant equipment at the highest level.
