Senior Project Manager – Commercial Roofing (Austin)

Salary: $95K–$110K base (depending on experience), plus Year-end bonus

Relocation considered for the right person

Gas card if travel is required

This is not a remote role — it’s a hands-on PM position

A long-established, privately owned roofing contractor is growing its commercial work in Austin and looking for a Senior Project Manager who knows how to run real jobs and work well with people.

This isn’t a churn-and-burn shop. It’s a place where people stay.

The Work 

  • Commercial roofing projects in the $2M–$10M+ range
  • Downtown Austin high-rise work, schools, and public/private projects
  • Complex scopes — metal panels, wall cladding, modular systems
  • About 80% office / 20% field
    (you’ll be on jobs when it matters, not babysitting a clipboard)
  • Solid field superintendents already in place

You’ll step into a healthy backlog and be trusted to do your job.
