We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from planning through close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while driving quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for diverse commercial and residential electrical projects, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, builders, engineers, property managers, foremen, and subcontractors to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop accurate quotes and plans using digital take-offs, track progress against KPIs/milestones, manage change orders/RFIs, and control costs for profitability.
  • Oversee site execution, manpower deployment, troubleshooting coordination, and compliance with BC Electrical Code, WCB safety standards, and company quality protocols.
  • Conduct client consultations, energy efficiency assessments, and post-project reviews to ensure 100% satisfaction and warranty fulfillment.
  • Mentor field teams (including foremen and electricians), promote continuous improvement, and support business growth through efficient operations.
  • Handle documentation, reporting, insurance inspections, and close-out processes while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role in electrical contracting (minimum 5+ years, with supervisory background).
  • Red Seal Inter-Provincial Electrician certification preferred; strong understanding of BC Electrical Code, safety regulations, and industry standards required.
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets, timelines, and multiple projects in commercial/residential settings (e.g., renovations, new builds, service upgrades, EV/renewable installs).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for client interactions and team coordination.
  • Valid BC driver's license and reliable vehicle for site visits.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, digital quoting software, and MS Office/estimating programs.
