On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $180K – $250K+ (uncapped commission)

We are seeking a high-performing Private Client Adviser / Securities Specialist Financial Planner to join a leading global wealth advisory firm. This is a fully remote opportunity offering exceptional earning potential and the ability to work with high-value clients in a performance-driven environment.

The opportunity
This is a pure sales-driven role designed for top-performing closers. You will focus entirely on client acquisition and relationship building. Once a client is onboarded, a dedicated relationship management team assumes responsibility, allowing you to focus on new business development.
This role is fully remote with strong leadership support, structured training, and a continuous flow of warm, pre-qualified leads. No cold calling. No portfolio management.
What you'll do
Work a steady stream of warm, pre-qualified leads provided to you
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and consultative meetings with prospective clients
Understand client financial goals and present tailored investment solutions
Close new business opportunities and hand off clients to the service team post-onboarding
What we're looking for
Active Dealing Representative licence (IIROC) with a minimum of 24 months experience as an Investment Dealer Representative. Mutual fund licence only is not sufficient
CIM or CFA designation strongly preferred
5+ years experience selling financial services or investment products to high-net-worth individuals
Proven, quantifiable sales results with a track record of client acquisition
Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume virtual and phone-based sales activity
Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and virtual platforms
Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Canada
