Job Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Commission + Vehicle + Profit Sharing + Benefits

Job Overview

A growing commercial roofing contractor in Elk Grove Village is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to support an expanding pipeline of commercial projects.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in both project management and estimating who wants to be part of a stable, growing team with strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects from bid through completion
• Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and production
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation
• Maintain communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Support ongoing business development and client relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (PM and/or estimating)
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Modified Bitumen, Metal)
• Ability to read plans and specifications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, EDGE, etc.) preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
