About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced High-Rise Site Superintendent to lead the delivery of an upcoming residential tower. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing large-scale projects and consistently delivering on safety, quality, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
As the on-site lead, you will oversee daily construction operations and ensure the project progresses in line with established safety, schedule, quality, and budget targets. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating all on-site construction activities
- Ensuring work is executed in accordance with project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Driving productivity across trades and site staff to maintain efficiency and cost control
- Leading site meetings with consultants and subcontractors
- Monitoring construction to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards
- Overseeing scheduling, budget tracking, commissioning, and occupancy phases
- Promoting and enforcing health and safety standards across all site operations
- Maintaining and updating short-term schedules with proper resource planning
- Reviewing contract requirements, identifying risks, and supporting overall project performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Title: Current or recent experience as a High-Rise Site Superintendent
- Experience: Successfully delivered at least two full high-rise projects as the lead Site Super, with exposure to all major phases including shoring, structure, building envelope, M&E, interiors, and occupancy
- Background: Experience working with a developer is considered an asset

- Strong understanding of site safety, scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Clear communication and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools such as Procore and other site management software
Compensation:
$160,000–$180,000 base salary, plus benefits and a competitive overall package.
