Commercial Roofing Project Manager – TPO / PVC / Mod Bit

$90,000 – $110,000 Base + Bonus (up to 10%)

This role is ideal for someone who understands how roofing projects run in the field and wants to manage larger commercial jobs without being stuck behind a desk all day.

A well-established commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor is adding a Project Manager in San Antonio due to continued project growth.

This role is suited for someone who understands how commercial roofing projects actually run — coordinating crews, managing schedules and budgets, and working directly with general contractors and building owners.

Projects typically range from $1M – $10M and include large commercial reroofs and institutional facilities.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with Superintendents, field crews, and Project Coordinators
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and change orders
• Handle contracts, billing, submittals, and documentation
• Work directly with clients, vendors, and general contractors
• Ensure projects meet safety and quality standards

• TPO
• PVC
• Modified Bitumen
• BUR
• Metal and commercial flat roofing systems

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience (roofing strongly preferred)
• At least 2 years in an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager role
• Experience managing commercial roofing or building envelope projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000 – $115,000 base salary
• Performance bonus up to 10%
